Term of Bart

So the delightful and insightful Carrie May started a newsletter for the law school and I got to write something for the second issue. Sweet! But the title of the column was a little lost in translation--I wanted Attractive Nuance, a play on Attractive Nuisance, but it just got reduced to Attractive Nuisance. Oh well. Primadonnish to complain, but I can't have people running around thinking that I'm obvious! Obnoxious, yes. Stupid, ok. But obvious! Goodness!
